PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY TERMS:
Acceptance and delivery of defective products are made on weekdays between 08:00 – 17:00.
Products should be delivered in their original packaging or boxed.
The decision to accept or reject products will be finalized after our service’s inspection.
Products that have been processed and are handed over in person will be delivered against a “Fault Tracking Form”.
For products with a lost fault tracking form, they will be delivered in exchange for a photocopy of an ID and a written document.
No responsibility is accepted for products not collected from our service within 90 days.
Products must be delivered with a copy of the purchase invoice and warranty document.

WHEN SENDING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS VIA CARGO:
After reporting the defective product via the contact form below or by email to [email protected], if deemed appropriate, you can send it to us free of charge with the Mng cargo approval code that will be provided to you.

USER ERRORS THAT WILL EXCLUDE THE PRODUCT FROM WARRANTY:
- Improper packaging,
- Cracks and breaks in the product,
- Dents, hits, scratches on any part of the product,
- Malfunctions occurring during unhealthy transportation,
- Tampering with, or replacing electronic parts,
- Any part of the product getting damaged,
- Changing the serial number, or it being illegible,
- Sticking non-removable labels or residues of removed labels on the product,
- Excessive heat, cold, humidity, dust,
- All malfunctions originating from electrical networks,
- Interventions on the product outside of authorized service,
In these situations, the product will be processed outside of warranty coverage.
