PRODUCT ACCEPTANCE AND DELIVERY CONDITIONS:<\/span><\/h1>\n

Product acceptance and delivery for Defective Product Operation is made between 08:00 \u2013 17:00 on weekdays.
\nProducts must be delivered in their original packaging or boxed.
\nThe decision of acceptance and rejection about the products becomes final after the examination of our service.
\nThe products that have been received by hand and whose transactions have been completed are delivered in return for the “Failure Tracking Form”.
\nProducts for which the defect tracking form has been lost are delivered with a copy of the ID and in writing.
\nNo responsibility is accepted for products that are not taken from our service within 90 days.
\nProducts must be delivered with a copy of the purchase invoice and a warranty certificate.

After notifying the defective product via the contact form below or by e-mail to info@mack.com.tr, you can send it to us free of charge with the Mng cargo confirmation code to be given to you, if deemed appropriate.<\/p>\n

USER ERRORS THAT CAN EXCLUDE THE PRODUCT FROM WARRANTY:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

  • Inappropriate packaging,<\/li>\n
  • Cracked and broken in the product,<\/li>\n
  • Dents, dents, scratches on any part of the product,<\/li>\n
  • Faults occurring during unhealthy transportation,<\/li>\n
  • Modification, modification of electronic parts,<\/li>\n
  • Damage of any part on the product,<\/li>\n
  • Changing the serial number, making it unreadable<\/li>\n
